Now that summer is gone, you may think that you can forgo your training and forget about maintaining your feminized skin. Nothing could be further from the truth! Winter is nasty and harsh on our skin. Not to mention the fact that time flies, and before you know it, you’ll want to be flouncing down the street in your micro minis. So get busy, and make the most of this time so that you emerge in the Spring with buttery soft, feminized skin.
Step 1 for Feminized Skin – Exfoliate
Exfoliation is a method in which you remove dead skin cells. There are a variety of ways that you can go about doing this, but all employ some manner of abrasion. Obviously, you’ll want to use different products or methods on your face than you do the rest of your body.
If you want to be exactly like me…and why wouldn’t you…you’ll snag this palm fiber dry body brush. I use mine on a near-daily basis. If you’ve never done dry brushing before, there is a wealth of information about techniques, etc, online. The most important tidbit I can pass along is to start off lightly, then apply more pressure as you get a better feel for what your skin can tolerate. Note that this is not a soft, cuddly brush, and you want to exfoliate, not dig trenches in your skin.
When I want to change things up, I make my own sugar scrub. It’s easy, and will be a treat for those that love feminization assignments. All you need is plain white sugar, a container to store it in, extra virgin olive oil (a good amount) and some essential oils. I have different jars to match different times of the day. If it is night time, and I am taking a wind-down shower, I will use my scrub that I made with lavender. If it is morning, and I want a wake-me-up, I will use one of my citrus scents. As you mix this together, you want a fair amount of liquid. I don’t measure my ingredients, so I can’t give you absolutes. I can tell you that you want the oil covering the sugar so that when you scoop it out of the jar with your fingers that it is entirely saturated. Warning…this is can make your tub very slippery, so be careful, and don’t break your sissy necks!
This is a fun scrub to do because it moisturizes as well as exfoliates, and just plain smells good. Next week we will be talking about Step 2, which is Hydrating. In Week 3, our final week, we’ll discuss moisturizing for flawless feminized skin.
